Capabilities:

Supplier Quality Assurance(SQA) – The SQA team ensures vendor quality management. This team is responsible for incoming raw material inspection, acceptance of fabricated parts and tooling. This team draws support from the inhouse testing & characterization laboratory for acceptance of the incoming material.
In-house testing & characterization
In process Inspection – This team is entrusted with ensuring strict controls during the process; Layup, Autoclave curing and machining etc.
DT & NDT inspection:
The process of part realization during and after manufacturing is facilitated by well equipped NDT competence.

Systems & process: TAML has well documented in-house systems and processes to cater to the various aerospace DT & NDT quality standards applicable globally.

ISO-9001:2000 Quality System has been certified to Aerospace Division in year 2006
AS-9100 Rev B Quality System has been certified to Aerospace Division in year 2007
TAML is the first company in India for Accreditation of NADCAP - AC7118 (Composite) - Feb’ 2008

TAML has planned the road map for further need based statutory plans for up gradation of Quality certifications like ISO/IEC, DGCA, and CEMILAC etc.
