TAML has a program management team for executing programs and to mitigate risks. The program manager would be the single point of contact with the customer, assisted by a cross functional team comprising of engineers from Planning, Process, Tool Design & Manufacturing, Production & Quality. The composition of the team is flexible to suit the size & scale of the program needs. Program managers are responsible for the success of the Program. Each of the programs is reviewed internally on Technical and Commercial aspects. Variations, non-conformances are escalated internally and brought to the notice of the customer with proper mitigation plan. Some of the process / tools are:
