components, parts, sub-assemblies for applications in Aircraft, Space & Helicopter.
The company is actively engaged in offering solutions for Defence and industrial
applications. In the Defence segment the company provides solutions for Personal
Armor, Vehicle Armor and Special applications. In the Industrial segment, TAML offers
solutions for the Energy, Medical and Transportation segments.
Engaged in Design, Manufacture & Supply of composite products for Aerospace,
Defence , Transportation and infrastructure Sectors meeting global quality levels.
Set up in 1990 & promoted by Tata Industries Ltd , TAML was conceived as an
Aerospace Industry .But due to the market situation & other domestic factors
, TAML ventured into the aerospace sector in 2003 with a contract from a space customer
. But by virtue of this composite technology , which has applications in Defense
& Industrial sectors, TAML made its footprint in this industry with contracts
from concept to product in Defense & Industrial sectors
Today , TAML has two Business Groups – Defense & Industrial Composite
Division(DICD), Aerospace Division with independent team comprising of Sales &
Marketing, Program Management, Design & Engineering, Production supported by
corporate team comprising of Quality, Human Resources, Materials & Inventory
& Finance.
